3. Replacement Processing:

• If the request received is found correct by the gem expert, then the support team will assist you with the process.

• Our return policy allows you to return unaltered gemstones within 30 days of their purchase date.

5. Initiating a Return:

• To initiate a return, you must:

  • Fill out our online return form or email us at info@ceylongematique.com.

  • Provide your order number and confirm your full shipping address.

  • Include photos of the products received within 30 days of purchase to confirm their condition.

  • Our customer service team will be available to assist you through the process.

6. Return Processing:

• We'll inspect the returned item upon receipt.

• We accept returns for unaltered gemstones in their original condition, accompanied by all original documentation provided at the time of purchase.

• If the item is not in its original condition, we may be unable to process a refund and will return the gem to you without insurance.

• We will reimburse you if the original condition of the gem purchased is found intact within 30 days of receiving the returned gem. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.
